Join us for Menopause, the Second Spring, a nurturing and informative retreat designed to create space for yourself, slow down and connect.

This retreat aims to empower women to embrace the transition of menopause with wisdom and strength. Held in an exquisitly restored Catalan masia, blending historic charm with sophisticated boutique luxury, the retreat will held place on September 5-8, 2025.

Recognizing that every woman´s experience and needs are different, one-on-one sessions with a clinical expert and/or naturopathic practitioner will be offered, as well as the opportunity to develop your own personal menopause management and self-care plan.

Gentle yoga, nature walks, meditation, and creative exercises will provide space for personal reflection and relaxation.

The workshops will cover how naturopathic remedies, hormonal replacement therapy (HRT), nutrition and diet, phytotherapy, self-care and lifestyle changes can support the mind and body during this powerful life transition.

Retreat Package

  • An olive oil tasting among the olive groves

  • Guided nature walk in Montserrat Nature Park

  • Healthy and organic gourmet meals, that may include meat, fish and dairy. Dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy free. etc. diets can be accommodated if notified in advance. Retreat meals include two lunches, two brunches, three dinners, three days afternoon snacks and all-day tea throughout the retreat.

  • Round-trip transportation from central Barcelona to the hotel (45 min. drive)

*No previous yoga experience is required. All activities are optional. Massage treatments are available at an additional cost.

  • 3 nights stay in the exceptional Can Farres boutique hotel at the edge of Montserrat Natural Park (single or double occupancy)

  • 4 days of workshops led by clinical and holistic experts (GP & British Menopause Society Accredited Specialist, GP & Phytotherapist specialized in Nutrition and Hormonal Health and Yoga for Menopause Accredited Instructor and Mindfulness coach)

  • Twice daily yoga and meditation sessions (morning and evening). These will be a mix of yin, yang and yoga nidra

  • A session on strength training for menopause

  • Two practical phytotherapy workshops, one to create natural remedies (oil, tincture or tea) to help regulate hormonal imbalances from within, and another to develop natural cosmetics (oil or salve) to treat skin dryness and inflammation.

  • A one-to-one session with one of the three lead experts of your choice to help you develop your menopause care roadmap

Payment & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your spot, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
The second 30% payment is due by July 5, 2025.
The final 40% payment is due by August 5, 2025 (30 days before the retreat).
Payment details will be provided upon booking.

Cancellation Refunds:
Cancel before July 5: Refund minus the 30% deposit.
Cancel between July 5 and August 5: You will receive a refund equal to 50% of the total retreat price, minus the initial 30% deposit.
Cancel after August 5: No refund, but your spot can be transferred to another participant. Transfers must be requested at least 7 days before the retreat start date.

If Moon Jar Retreats cancels the retreat due to unforeseen events beyond our control, we will offer a credit toward a future retreat (no cash refunds). Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Force Majeure:
Moon Jar Retreats is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions). In such cases, a credit toward a future retreat will be provided.
